my people are wise but they live in mud houses,their pot give water some taste and they have gold weighing more than 30 ounces..
I'm not experienced with this stuff 9I dont think anyone on yahoo answers is with anything) BUT
I dont think there is anything wrong with you water dragon's eye. I think it's just the coloring.
Like with humans, I have brown eyes with green in them. And some people have one blue eye and one brown eye
No one's eyes are a solid color, and I think it is the same with animals too.
I try to help, I'm sorry if I'm not much of it. :{

Density is mass/volume. Weigh a measuring cup. Fill the water to a certain amount. Weigh the cup again. Subtract the difference to find the weight of the water. Divide by the amount of water you filled the cup with.

storagedude writes “Flash drive capacities have been expanding dramatically in recent years, but this article says that’s about to change, in part because of the limits of current lithography technology. Meanwhile, disk drive densities will continue to grow, which the author says will mean many years before solid state drives replace hard drives — if they ever do. From the article: ‘The bottom line is that there are limits to how small things can get with current technology. Flash densities are going to have data density growth problems, just as other storage technologies have had over the last 30 years. This should surprise no one. And the lithography problem for flash doesn’t end there. Jeff Layton, Enterprise Technologist for HPC at Dell, notes that as lithography gets smaller, NAND has more and more troubles — the voltages don’t decrease, so the probability of causing an accidental data corruption of a neighboring NAND goes up. “So at some point, you just can’t reduce the size and…

U.S federal government has lots of good info on the subject in leaflet form at negligible price. It may now be on line. The particular leaflet that I had was designed as family oriented recreational activity.
Most of the mining colleges and schools will also be running some classes, Roll, MO, USA has an engineering college, under University of MO, it was started as mining school, now it is a full flaged university and a good engineering and mining institute.
I am sure you can get this info from Canadian government.
Banberry Farm a 6 Flag type operation use to conduct 1/2 hour classes (Laos Angeles, CA, USA). Even 6 flag in Pacific, MO, USA and Silver Dollar City in Branson, MO, USA, both had a pile of dirt containing gold flakes, for a S1.00 you can pan the gold-if you find some they would put it in a vial and authenticate it for you. They were also selling authenticated vial for additional price which employees were collecting as show and tell.

Let x be the % in which Gold has to be mixed with Copper to
obtain a 1:15 ratio with the heaviness of water.
So to obtain a ratio of 1:15, and using the fact that Gold: Water = 1:19 and Copper : Water = 1:9
we have
19x + 9(1-x) = 15
i.e., 19x + 9 – 9x = 15
=> 10x = 15 – 9
or x = 6/10 = 3/5
So 3/5th of the mixture has to be Gold.
The ratio for Copper that is required is (1 -3/5) = 2/5
So the Ratio of Gold to the Ratio of Copper is
(3/5)/(2/5) = 3/2
Hence the ratio of Gold to Copper is 3:2

1) This could prove useful.
"A place you and your horse can have a vacation.150acres with creek, miles of trails adjacent on crown land.20 min from Kelowna.Rv's must be self contained. no amenities.Must have portable fencing.Also Mtn. biking,gold panning,hiking.15.00 per spot, 100.00 per week, 300.00 per month reserve only."
This is not quite what you are looking for BUT there is gold panning and if you go to the site there is a contact listed. You could contact the organization and ask for information. Probably get it within a couple of days.
2) From Kelowna to Vernon is about an hours drive.

When you google gold panning and Kelowna, lots comes up. It seems to be offered at resorts as an activity to participate in. I would think by getting in touch with some of these places you could easily find an 'open to the public daily ' type place. Must be lots of panning around as " the world championship gold panning " is held in Kelowna.
Hope you find a spot to pan for gold. Sounds like fun and who knows, you just might find a nugget or two.
Your best way to check water is to test it. There are several kits on the market, API being one of the most user friendly and least complex. It should be accurate enough for your applications. It also runs relatively cheap.
Your nitrates are probably VERY high since you are not doing water changes and most likely have no plants. Even 20ppm is terrible, especially if you want to introduce new fish. For a new tank, get that nitrate under 5ppm, or at worst 10 ppm.
Don't mix the goldfish with tropical fish. They do not mix well and you are just asking for trouble. Guppies can tolerate the cooler water, but will eventually be food for the goldfish.
Good levels are 0 ammonia, 0 nitrite, and minimal nitrate. If an existing system 20ppm is the top limit to which you will ever want to let the water quality degrade, but ideally you are shooting for 0 nitrate. For introducing new fish, have that nitrate as close to 0 as you can get. The higher the nitrate in your tank, the longer you should drip acclimate the new fish, and don't even attempt any new fish at nitrate above about 10ppm-15ppm.
To reduce nitrates, take some water out and put some clean fresh water in. Do not change more than 50% of the water at a time to shock from a sudden change in water chemistry.
One or two five gallon buckets a week is a good amount for regular water changes for your tank to start with, but water changes should be based on nitrate levels, not some rule of thumb. Test nitrates before the water change and after. Increase the frequency, and volume up to 50%, of water changes if the nitrates are constantly too high. If you always have 0 nitrates, you can do smaller or less frequent water changes. If you never can get a handle on nitrates, you are overstocked or overfeeding.
Edit: The only time you should see ammonia and nitrate is when you are cycling the tank. during cycling you should not have fish in the tank and do a fishless cycle. Water changes are not advised to speed up the cycle, and usually it is cruel to use a fish to cycle a tank because they are swimming in toxic water. Read up on cycling to learn more.

Sea level may rise faster near New York than at most other densely populated ports due to local effects of gravity, water density and ocean currents, according to four new forecasts of melting ice sheets. The forecasts are the work of international research teams that included the University of Toronto, the National Center for Atmospheric Research in Boulder, Colo., Florida State University and the University of Bristol in the U.K., among others.
